Local Visa support and Police registration
BCD Travel Azerbaijan - Global Travel provides Visa Support for your visitors planning to arrive to Azerbaijan Republic.
To enter the Azerbaijan Republic visitors need to obtain visa in the Embassy of the Azerbaijan Republic in their country, which is given on the basis of the official invitation issued by BCD Travel Azerbaijan - Global Travel or by the Company. If they don't have the Embassy of the Azerbaijan Republic in their country we shall take care of obtaining visa for them. In this case you should advise us beforehand by fax or e-mail.
The visitors can get a single entry 1 week visa upon arrival at the airport (visa fee 80 USD).
The visa extension is provided by BCD Travel Azerbaijan - Global Travel at additional charge.
The following documents required for visa extension:
• Letter from company addressed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Passport
The registration in Police Administration of Baku is required after arrival. Every visitor should register himself during 1 month. Failure to do so will result the penalties. The registration can be made by Global Travel upon your request.
Registration application documents:
• Passport with visa
• 2 photos
• Letter from company to Police Administration to apply for registration
• Document-approval of your residence in Azerbaijan (rent contract, etc.)
